Our members’ research, teaching and practice places a priority on improving health and health equity for populations worldwide.
MPhil and PHD students come from many countries and our alumni are now located throughout the world. CIPH’s academics have longstanding links with collaborators in high and low-income countries around the globe. Under the new Global Challenges Research Fund initiatives we are establishing research programmes across Asia, Africa and the Caribbean.
We are strategically connected to University of Cambridge global activities, for example through the PublicHealth@Cambridge Network, and our links to Cambridge Africa and the Wellcome Centre for Global Health. Through our alumni connections and research we also aim to work with policy makers, and have recently established the CIPH Global Public Health Research and Policy Strategic Advisory Group (CIPH Global Group).
